A Study in Drowning by Ava Reid Redesign

For my redesign of A Study in Drowning by Ava Reid, I focused on capturing the novel’s haunting, atmospheric tension while giving the cover a more contemporary visual identity. I explored the story's old weathered themes, in contrast with sharp typography to mirror the story’s blend of beauty and unease. The final design aims to draw readers into the protagonist’s inner world, offering a striking and immersive first impression that reflects the book’s emotional depth.
